The following terms and conditions are written in German and can be loaded into the customer's memory and printed out. CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling operates a homepage for commercial purposes. It offers customers products on these websites for purchase over the Internet.
§ 1 product selection

§ 2 Cancellation and return policy Right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) drawn up must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the performance received, in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a shop. You do not have to compensate for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk.
You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

§ 7 terms of payment
CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling issues an invoice to the customer for the ordered goods, which is given to the customer upon delivery of the goods. CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling delivers against prepayment or invoice. Prepayments are considered in the billing. For delivery against invoice, all invoice amounts are payable immediately after receipt of the invoice. Prices on the invoice are always retail prices including value added tax. A cash discount deduction is not permitted. In the event of late payment, the customer, who is a consumer, is obliged to pay default interest of 5% above the base rate to CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling, unless CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling can prove a higher interest rate. For customers who are entrepreneurs, sentence 1 applies with the proviso that the default interest rate is 8% above the base rate.
§ 8 warranty and liability
The customer will inform CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling about defects in the product and, after consultation will also send the product at Gehrling's expense. The guarantee of the provider is based on §§ 433 ff. BGB. In business transactions, the warranty is limited to one year and CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling is entitled to repair the product of your choice or to provide a free replacement.

- in full in the event of gross negligence on the part of their organs and executive staff,
- basically for every culpable violation of essential contractual obligations,
- outside of such obligations, even for gross negligence on the part of vicarious agents, unless CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling can exempt itself from it due to commercial usage,
- in terms of the amount in the last two groups of cases for typical foreseeable damage.
Contributory negligence of the customer is to his credit.
Liability due to intent, guarantee, malice and personal injury as well as according to the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
§ 9 Force Majeure
In the event that CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling is unable to provide the service due to force majeure (especially war, natural disasters), it is released from its performance obligations for the duration of the hindrance. If CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling is unable to complete the order or delivery of the goods for longer than a month due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
§ 10 data protection

§ 11 final provisions
The contract language is German. If a provision of these conditions should be or become void, the rest of the conditions remain effective. CFG Chinchilla Fachhandel Gehrling and the customer will replace the void provision with an effective one that comes closest to the will of the contracting parties.
