Shipping and handling costs

We work with reliable shipping companies such as DHL or Deutsche Post to ensure that you receive your goods quickly and securely. Due to the size and weight of some items, we reserve the right to use another shipping company. If a shipment with different parcel services takes place or is necessary, of course you only pay the shipping costs specified in the purchase process.

We ship our goods from 2 kg only insured.

The shipping costs for your purchase are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping costs zone 1: European Union (EU)

Deliveries within Europe can only be made in individual packages with up to max. 31.5 kg and a belt size of max. 3m can be sent. Shipping by forwarding agent is only possible on request and depends on the respective country of destination as well as the weight and the exact distance - please state the exact delivery address in your request.

Payment of the ordered goods:

You can pay as follows:

1. Prepayment
2. Paypal
3. SEPA direct debit
4. Klarna (also with credit card)

Credit card:

You pay by credit card at no additional cost. If your card is not accepted by PayPal, we will inform you immediately by email.

Cash on delivery:

For a cash on delivery (only possible with DHL) within Germany, we charge an additional 4.90 euros. Please note that DHL will also charge a transmission fee of 2.00 euros for the delivery.

Delivery:

After receipt of payment, we will transfer your items to the respective shipping company as quickly as possible. If an article is sometimes not available or is delayed, we will inform you at short notice by email.

Transport damage:

All items are checked by us and carefully packed. If an article arrives damaged, please issue a damage confirmation message in the presence of the parcel delivery company or the forwarding driver. In any case, please note the damage to the goods in the proof of delivery. We kindly ask you to inspect breakable goods for transport damage while the deliverer is present.
